7 Unexpected Everyday Things To Avoid That Could Trigger More Anxiety

When you skip meals, your blood sugar drops. This is called Hypoglycemia. According to MayoClinic, this can trigger your anxiety as well.

So before you head out the door in the morning, make sure to grab a banana or something to snack on in case you get too busy during the day. Also, do your best to plan out your meals better so you don’t miss a meal at all.

7. Money

What? Money? Yup. Money, in particular, financial stress, can trigger your anxiety.

Whether it’s money issues at home or the stress at work, money often triggers lots of stress and anxiety for people.

Unexpected bills or financial troubles can trigger anxiety. While money is a harder one to tackle, it may help to budget or seek help from a financial advisor.

Eat better – Your parents may have said to eat your veggies, and for good reason. Processed foods and chemicals in those foods can lead to more anxiety.

Meditation – Learning how to better control your mind and relax can help you dramatically reduce your anxiety. Try taking a local meditation class or using meditation apps to start practicing.
